As part of our advice sessions we will ask you for some details about yourself and the issue you are looking for help with. We ask our clients if they are happy to share relevant information about their background with us. You don't have to provide this information, but it helps us to ensure we are delivering our service in a way that supports everyone and that we are reaching people from all backgrounds. We will use this information to provide you with advice and also to improve our service and inform our campaigns.
